Mango Lassi

My hubby and I are big fans of Indian food.  Every time we go I HAVE to have a mango lassi!  Lassis are yogurt fruity drinks and they're SO stinkin' good!  Tonight I decided to make my own.  I looked at a few recipes, but essentially just did my own thing.  So here's what I came up with and it was SO delicious!  PS - don't know if this is real authentic Indian, but its worth a try anyway!
  • 1 cup frozen (or fresh) mango cubes
  • 1 cup Vanilla non-fat yogurt (I used Trader Joe's French Village)
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • about 1 cup water
Place all ingredients in blender; blend.  Taste - if its too thick, add more water or juice.  If it is too sour, you can add honey or sugar if you want.  Enjoy!
